  Hydraulics

Mechanical or electronically controlled hydraulics can be specified as needed. Controlling the hydraulics is straightforward and logical. The hydraulic oil change interval is 2000 hours, which saves time and costs. The N Series allows for the optional use of bio-oils.

Mechanical hydraulics control on Classic and HiTech models
In Classic and HiTech models, the ancillary hydraulics are controlled by levers located on the righthand panel. The hydraulic output is 73 litres per minute. Two valves come as standard with a third and fourth as an option.

  Load-sensing hydraulics on Advance models
The work hydraulics on Advance models are controlled conveniently and efficiently using the joystick and push buttons located on the new ergonomic armrest. The joystick can also be used to control the front loader. Due to the sensitive joystick controls and electronically controlled hydraulic valves, tractor and implement functions can be adjusted with extreme precision.

The Valtra N121A and 141A models have an extremely high maximum capacity of 115 l/min (200 bar), which can be programmed according to flow and timing. The closed centre hydraulic circuit is based on a variable displacement pump and is managed by electronically controlled valves. The load-sensing hydraulics on Advance models meet all the requirements
of the newest implements and implement combinations. The fact that the work hydraulics can be 100% electronically controlled is unique.

The maximum number of valves rear is 4 and 2 on/off valves. In the front  2 or 3 valves for front loader or front lift.

The valves use only the exact amount of fluid as needed, leaving the remaining fluid to be used by other valves or the linkage. This allows for simultaneous operations as required by modern implements. All valves feature a floating position, which allows implements that follow the ground to perform ideally.

To ensure the highest possible output for implements, a Power Beyond connection can be fitted to the rear.

Safety and comfort are further enhanced by the control button for the hydraulics that is located in the armrest:

1. Flow adjusted for small output
   - testing
2. Flow adjusted for medium output
3. Flow adjusted for maximum output
4. Adjustment position
   - 3 memory locations

New armrest on Advance
The joystick on the driver’s armrest is used for controlling valves 1 and 2 of the ancillary hydraulics and may also be used to operate the front loader. Most of the ancillary hydraulic system can be activated using the armrest’s joystick, switches and buttons. The switches and buttons for the remaining system are situated in the side panel. The linear switches in the armrest are used to control valves 3 and 4.

  Valtra Autocontrol
Operating Valtra’s electronically controlled Autocontrol linkage is easy and all operations can be carried out from inside the cab. The switches and buttons for Classic and HiTech models are located in the side panel while for Advance models they are located in the driver’s armrest and the remainder in the side panel. Drive Balance Control comes as standard with the linkage. Autocontrol plus wheel slip control, as a combination, is optional.

1. Autocontrol lift and lower switch.
2. Position control/working depth (Classic & HiTech).
Position of lower links, including a float position.
3. Dump switch. Temporary position control override.
4. Linkage lift with raise, lower and neutral.

5. Control of speed of lowering the links.
6. Control of maximum height of links.
7. Control for position control and draft control.
8. Drive Balance Control.
9. Slip Control ACD on/off (optional).
