Valtra received Master Sugar Cane Award for the 5th consecutive year

Valtra received the MasterCana Award for The Best Tractor Manufacturer and the best After-Sales Service in the sugar cane segment. This is the 5th consecutive year that the company has won the MasterCana, one of the most important awards in this agricultural segment. The awarding event took place at Palacio do Governo de São Paulo on November 8th.

“The award shows Valtra customers recognition not only for the brand or Valtra products, but mainly to the dealers network. Either in product development or technical assistance services we always dedicate the same careful attention to small, medium and large producers,” says Werner Santos, Valtra’s Vice President.

With one more award, Valtra consolidates itself as one of the most prestigious companies in the sugar cane segment. The dealers network has been essential for this. It works as a factory extension and it is present daily in the customer life. In the cane farming operation, the tractors work 24 hours a day requiring a quick and high quality technical assistance service. It proves that the partnership with customers, dealers network and the factory is continuous and long lasting.

The award evaluates the sugar cane segment industry efforts in several areas, mainly the technological progress and innovations of the companies that supply materials and services for the segment. It shows that the customers rely on Valtra’s brand, affirms the After-Sales Manager José Ivanildo Carrilho, to whom the company success is the result of a close relationship with the producers. “We are always in the field, learning with the producers, being aware of their needs and difficulties, and improving our products and services, day by day”, he says.
