From Finland to Italy: Day 5 (Czech Republic)
07.08.2010Day 5 of the tractor’s journey from Finland to Italy took the travellers to the Czech Republic.
Visibility conditions were very bad near the Polish-Czech border due to a thunder storm.
In the morning the team were slowed down by a thunder storm. The rain was so heavy that at times the tractor and caravan could only be driven at walking speed.
At the Polish-Czech border the team were met by Milan Rusnak of Valtra Czech’s distributor Topagri s.r.o. Together the team visited two Czech Valtra dealers and then continued their journey to Gory, Hungary, where they spent the night.
The team visited Czech Valtra dealer Zalesi in Biskupice u Luhacovic. The local TV station was already waiting to hear more about Valdi Peresson’s journey from Finland to Italy.
