The SIMA exhibition in Paris enjoys a growing reputation among international visitors. The show is also the biggest exhibition of agricultural machinery in France and attracts visitors from all over the country.
Jean Delane runs a cattle and cereal farm as well as a contracting business in Pas-de-Calais in Northern France. The company’s three Valtra tractors, 6250, N141 and T151e are put to hard use in a variety of jobs. “We have been very content with our Valtra tractors. The T151e is used mainly for transporting work. The fuel consumption of the tractor is excellent, only 6 litres per hour”, Mr Delane comments.
Thierry Blanc, dairy farmer from Tarn et Garonne in Southern France, came to SIMA with his local Valtra dealer. He is the proud owner of a T152 Versu, which is used for producing forage for the farm’s 70 Holstein cows. The tractor was delivered in April 2010 and has run approx. 500 hours performing all tasks from ploughing and seeding to baling and transporting.

He is also interested in seeing the new T213 Versu with SCR technology, because he has had good experiences with SCR in the trucks of his transporting business.
