Design the tractor of your dreams

Submission period ended

The submission period for the design challenge has now ended. Valtra and the magazines will evaluate all submissions and choose the best ideas. The winners will be notified individually.

The Nordic concept tractor will be designed in co-operation with the best innovators and Valtra Engineering during the summer. The future concept tractor will be published in autumn 2012.

The challenge

Are there minor or major details that you would like to improve in your tractor? Do you have ideas for new functions, features, materials or design? No idea is too small or too big.

We are interested especially in your practical ideas for the next generations of the N and T Series. The suggestions must be based on technology that already exists or will be available in the near future.

The jury consists of member of the four magazines and Valtra. They will evaluate all ideas and award Valtra Collection prices to good ideas. Valtra designers and engineers will use the best ideas to draw a concept tractor. The concept tractor will be presented in November.

Meet Valtra engineers in Finland

The designers of the two best submissions from each country will be invited to the Valtra factory to meet engineers, designers and product specialists.

There they will also have a chance to attend a customer panel and thus take part in developing Valtra´s own future tractors.
