Valtra Guide is our auto-guidance solution and is the easiest to use on the market. It has been developed based on real user feedback. The automatic steering uses Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) to follow waylines precisely and reduces overlaps, saving you time, fuel and money. 

Minimising the need to steer means new and seasoned drivers alike can concentrate on the implement and the job at hand, increasing precision and safety while reducing fatigue, overlap, and time spent in the field.

With Valtra Guide, recording and configuring waylines and field boundaries is easy. By precisely configuring waylines and accurately sticking to them, total soil compaction is reduced, improving soil health and yields. Wayline Assistant adds the wayline types Segmented Wayline and Single Contour to the existing wayline types. Operators benefit from flexible wayline recording options, including segment recording and field boundary generation.

Single Contour is ideal for crops like asparagus or strawberries planted without a guidance system. It consolidates all tracks into a single wayline for efficient crop care and uses automatic turning manoeuvres for optimised operation. 

Together with Valtra Guide and Auto  U-Pilot, Valtra SmartTurn fully automates your field driving experience for less stress, reduced soil compaction, better fuel economy, and improved efficiency.  Consistent turns enhance the precision of tasks when used in conjunction with other Valtra smart farming technologies. Choose from four turning patterns, including U Turn, Part-field Mode, K Turn, and Y Turn.

Valtra SmartTouch gives you the high level of control that precision farming demands. With Valtra SmartTouch and ISOBUS, you can work with any ISOBUS-compatible implement, from any manufacturer, thanks to the ISOBUS standard ISO 11783. SmartTouch lets you connect implements to the terminal quickly with “Plug and Play” simplicity so that all the relevant machine data is uploaded to the terminal immediately. No additional screens or terminals are needed so your operating environment stays nice and tidy.

With Section Control, your tractor and your implements are precisely and automatically controlled to deliver the optimum seed and fertiliser rates to each part of each field. This helps you reduce input costs, improve yields and maximise your profits.

Valtra’s smart farming technologies work seamlessly together – Valtra Guide with its additional modules like Wayline Assistant, are there to make the tractor operation as easy and precise as possible. All smart farming features are controlled smartly and simply from the SmartTouch user interface. Task files can be stored in the terminal so that it only takes a few swipes and taps to start tasks. Unlock the perfect blend of smart efficiency and powerful performance with Valtra’s CVT transmission. The advanced control system automatically adjusts engine and transmission settings to maximise fuel economy—so you get more done with less effort.

With SmartTouch, you have two intuitive driving modes: lever or pedal. Simply set your target speed using either, and the transmission takes care of the rest. On the road, the pedal mode combined with cruise control offers unmatched comfort and ease. In the Active model, lever mode is not available, but you can use pedal driving and cruise control with two independent cruise slots for added flexibility.

When engine speed begins to drop under load, the control system responds instantly—boosting engine revs and adjusting the transmission ratio to maintain optimal performance. And when conditions allow, it automatically lowers engine speed again to save fuel without compromising productivity.

You can fine-tune how actively the system responds using the droop setting, which determines how far engine speed may drop before the transmission shifts down. For typical road and work conditions under medium load, efficient operation is maintained at a steady 1500–1600 r/min
