WHAT IS AGCO REMAN?
Major tractor repairs can be costly and time-consuming. AGCO Reman helps Valtra owners get back to work with confidence using selected remanufactured components to approved specifications. Each eligible component is disassembled, cleaned, inspected and rebuilt, with wear parts replaced and approved reusable parts retained.
A remanufactured component is fully rebuilt through a controlled industrial process. It is not the same as a used part or a simple repair.
No. Remanufactured components are dismantled, inspected and rebuilt before being returned to service. Remanufacturing can require fewer new materials than producing an entirely new component.
Switching the entire transmission, engine, fuel pump or set of injectors means you don’t have to worry about downtime or future problems. All remanufactured parts supplied and fitted by your local Valtra dealer are covered by a one-year parts and labour warranty. Specialist technicians at our remanufacturing centres of excellence in Suolahti and Linnavuori rebuild transmissions, engines and fuel injection systems to the very latest standards so you’re always up to date.
The cost of remanufactured components is typically just 60 to 70 of the cost of an equivalent new replacement. You will know the exact price before work begins and have the assurance that performance and efficiency will be just as good as new.

AGCO Reman offers a wide range of remanufactured components. Availability varies by tractor model and market. Your authorised Valtra dealer can advise on suitable options.
Remanufactured transmissions provide a practical solution when major drivetrain repairs are required. Components are rebuilt using approved procedures and prepared for exchange installation. All wear parts, including seals and bearings, are replaced. Remanufactured transmissions are then painted and test-bench checked, including powershift function.
The AGCO Power engine plant in Linnavuori, Finland, has strong traditions in remanufacturing engines. Remanufactured engines offer a reliable alternative to a complete new replacement, helping restore performance.

The range covers mechanical systems, including in-line and distributor pumps, plus modern common rail pumps and injectors. The Diesel Centre specialises in components for Valmet, Sisu Diesel and AGCO Power engines, which means we have in-depth knowledge of your engine.
