Connect, Care and Go! - Valtra introduces service offering to maximize machine uptime


Valtra customers can now benefit from the Valtra “Connect, Care & Go” service offering allowing them to access a range of services related to their machine at a fixed cost.

With Valtra Connect customers can access information about their machine such as fuel levels, GPS location, can-bus signals, machine tutorials and many more via their smartphone or PC. The tractor owner can also share access to the machine data with their service dealer who can use the information to propose tractor maintenance pro-actively or to diagnose fault situations.

After an extended piloting phase the service is now commercially available for N and T Series tractors and will be rolled out for A and S Series machines later in 2019. “From the beginning of 2018 all N and T Series SmartTouch have been pre-equipped with Valtra Connect telemetry. Customers who wish to activate the service can easily do so by contacting their dealer”, comments Mikko Lehikoinen, Vice President Marketing Valtra.

Valtra Connect is included in the retail price for new tractors and the service is free of charge for the first three years. After that period the recommended retail price for the service will be 199€ per year. Valtra Connect can also be retro-fitted to selected Valtra models.

Valtra customers purchasing a new machine can also opt for a Valtra Care extended warranty contract which offers security against unexpected repair costs not related to standard wear. The contract is available in most European markets for up to five years or 6000 hours. The customer can choose between three excess levels 0€, 290€ or 590€.

For maximum uptime, guaranteed efficiency and maximum residual machine value, Valtra dealers and distribution partners further offer the Valtra Go service package, which includes all prescribed maintenance work bookable up to 10,000 hours.
