Florian Andersek is Chairman of the Board of the agricultural cooperative “Hörseltal” eG in Burla, Germany. For him, favourable terms and ease of arranging finance were key in deciding to finance the company’s new Valtra Q305 with AGCO Finance.
Hörseltal eG in Burla is an agricultural enterprise located in western Thuringia, and in addition to crop farming and animal breeding, they also operate a comprehensive direct marketing business for meat and sausage products. They manage around 2,400 hectares of agricultural land, with nearly 50% being grassland, and their main focus is on livestock farming and refinement.
When the company needed to purchase a new tractor, they decided on a Valtra Q305. “We wanted to invest in a tractor with over 280 horsepower and decided on the Valtra Q305. After thoroughly testing the machine on our farm, we were convinced and made the decision to purchase it.” As well as thoroughly testing the tractor, Florian explored different financing options. “Since we wanted to finance the machine, we obtained offers from three different banks, including AGCO Finance. We chose AGCO Finance for the financing because they offered us the most favourable terms, both in terms of interest rates and additional financing costs – there were no processing or service fees.”
Valtra tractors are known for their ease of use. Florian Andersek found that working with AGCO Finance was similarly easy: “The financing process for the machine was very quick and smooth. After receiving the financing offer, a few adjustments had to be made because we wanted to include a down payment. This was implemented immediately, and the financing was approved by AGCO Finance at the same time. After signing and returning all financing documents, the payment to the dealer was made immediately, and we received the instalment plan.”
