Your customised tractor starts being built on our assembly line in Suolahti. Due to the unique way Valtra Unlimited is integrated with our factory, some Unlimited customisations are already carried out in the main production line. This enables the right work to be undertaken at the right time to ensure high-quality and efficient integration and workmanship.

After passing through several quality control gates and ensuring your tractor is safely and accurately built and tested, it passes to the Unlimited Studio adjacent to the main assembly building. 

Valtra Unlimited has 14 workstations and employs 28  specialists. Once your tractor arrives at Valtra Unlimited, one dedicated team oversees all the customisations, special equipment installations, and Unlimited options you have chosen. The same high-quality manufacturing principles and protocols that are used in the main assembly line are also stringently followed in the Valtra Unlimited Studio.  Once completed, your tractor is thoroughly tested for quality and safety before it is ready to be shipped to you. Over the years, the popularity of Valtra Unlimited has steadily grown, and today, more than half the tractors leaving our Suolahti factory pass through the Valtra Unlimited Studio. In fact, over 80% of all Valtra Q and S Series tractors are fitted with Valtra Unlimited customisations.
